This website is owned by Complete Equine Nutrition Pty Ltd and used by its registered trading business “Complete Equine Nutrition”

Reference to such as “CEN”, “our” “us” or “we” refer to the legal entity of Complete Equine Nutrition Pty Ltd.

This website is a retail shopping website where you can browse select and purchase products from Complete Equine Nutrition Pty Ltd.

Your access to and use of this website, including your orders and purchases of products is governed by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).

Each order you place will be a separate and binding agreement between you and Complete Equine Nutrition Pty Ltd with respect to the supply of the goods, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Security of Your Private Information & Financial Details

Complete Equine Nutrition (CEN) is committed to your privacy, and protecting your personal details including any financial information provided during your shopping transactions with us. CEN uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to create a secure online environment using encryption that provides the highest level of protection against online fraud. Any attempts to commit fraud will be forwarded to the Queensland Police for investigation.

CEN is committed to treating your personal information with the highest degree of integrity and privacy.  Personal information collected from you will only be used for the purpose of completing your purchase and to assist us in providing a higher level of service to you in the future. Personal information gathered by CEN may include your name, current addresses, telephone / mobile number, email address and previous order history.

Your personal information may be provided to our agents, for example our Delivery Agents, our accountant, our solicitor, for the purpose of completing your order or in the ordinary course of our business. Your personal information will not be provided to any outside party unless compelled to by law or a court order. CEN will take all reasonable precautions to prevent your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure by storing it in a secure environment and allowing access only to authorized persons.

We do not hold your Credit Card details.  Your Credit Card payments are made through Commbank Simplify, a proven and secure banking gateway for real time Credit Card validation and transaction processing. Commbank Simplify is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) Tier 1 payment gateway meaning it adheres to the highest security standards set by Visa and Mastercard.

Online Returns & Refunds

CEN strives to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time.  We do understand that there may be some instances where a return of purchase is warranted due to faulty/damaged goods. Every case will be reviewed on an individual basis depending reason for return.

If you need to discuss a return of item, please contact us by phone on 0730402008 or email info@equinefeeds.com.au within 2 days of receipt of goods.

Offer excludes postage and handling on change of mind goods.

To return an item, the product must be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser’s original credit card or direct debit account.  Exchanges (change of mind) need to be made in the form of a new online product sale or a credit for the store.

Online Order Delivery & Tracking Policy

CEN delivers safely and securely throughout Australia to your home or business address.  Each order requires a single delivery point. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, Couriers Please or a local agent, depending on the item purchased. Orders are posted within 2 business days after payment has been accepted.  Delivery can take 5 business days in City Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and up to 10 days in Rural Areas. We endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

Postage And Handling Costs

Postage rates are included at checkout when you enter your address details.

Online delivery to International addresses or RMBs is not available.
